The Contracts, Records and Reports area is responsible for processing the employment transactions for all faculty, supportive staff, and civil service employees. For more information, call 815-753-6000.

  • Performance Evaluation Programs
  • Processing Special Reports
  • Maintenance of Regular Reports
  • Processing Leaves of Absence (Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Military Leaves, Workers Compensation, etc.)
