Three Support Groups are offered to NIU employees and retirees with a related NIU Employee Assistance listserv that provides on going support and information between meetings. Each meeting and listserv has an Employee Assistance Professional moderator. In addition to group meeting discussions, presentations will be offered as determined by the group.
The Losing Weight is a listserv support group offered by the Employee Assistance Program. The purpose of this listserv is to have support for following your weight loss plan through any program you use.
