Functions of the Labor Relations area include:

  • Negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Grievance Administration for Negotiated Employees
  • Civil Service Discipline Procedures
  • Interpretation of Policies and Procedures Concerning Negotiated Employees
  • Workplace Issues or Concerns for Negotiated Employees
