Job Description

Annual Fund callers contact alumni and friends of Northern Illinois University through the Huskie Telefund in an effort to update alumni records, provide information on current events at NIU, create strong connections between alumni and friends of NIU and the University, and to solicit funds for Northern Illinois University.

Job Requirements

An Annual Fund caller must represent Northern Illinois University in a positive manner at all times. Good communication, customer service skills, enthusiasm and accuracy are a must. The caller must commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week according to the Annual Fund shift schedules (M/W or T/Th in the evening, and then alternating weekend schedules). Callers will complete 2 paid training sessions prior to their first calling shift.

Pay Rate: $ 9.25/hour
