The
Employee Relations (ER) unit is an evolving area of Human
Resource services. Employee Relations involves a number
of different components including employee training and
development, employee wellness and assistance, conflict
resolution, customized department and office intervention/training
programs, and job satisfaction assessment activities. The
office is located at 1515 W. Lincoln Highway, Human Resources
