Required Skills Candidates are required to have a PhD or equivalent post-professional doctoral degree and agree to secure physical therapy licensure in Illinois. Orthopedic clinical specialization and/or athletic training certification are preferred, however, other areas of expertise will be considered. Teaching and/or clinical experience preferred. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The transition to entry-level DPT is in process and anticipated for Fall 2010. A new state of the art PT Clinic includes designated research space and equipment that includes a SMART Equi-Test-CRS. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, academic and research advising, and service.
