Required Skills High school graduation or equivalent. One year of office support work experience comparable to that performed at the Office Support Associate level of this series or in other positions of comparable responsibility. PLUS any one or any combination of the following: two years work experience performing clerical/secretarial work, including the use of computer systems OR 36 semester hours of college or university course work in office occupations, business administration, business education or closely related fields OR one year vocational training that provided a knowledge of clerical procedures OR 60 semester hours of college or university coursework in any curriculum.
