Job Description
Undergraduate/Peer writing consultants in the University Writing Center help members of NIUs community become better writers. They work with writers at many levels, and they assist with all writing both personal and academic. Work at the UWC is demanding but fulfilling, and its appointment-based nature precludes the flexibility of some other on campus positions. Therefore, the UWC seeks responsible, personable, compassionate students in all programs to help other NIU students improve their writing.
