 Job Description
Student will work with the network service and support team, working on several campus-wide initiatives. Support includes troubleshooting with end users, creating and publishing documentation on the web, network infrastructure auditing and support.
Requirements
Student needs to possess strong technical abilities as well as written and verbal communication skills. Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria: Relevant experience, computer science, engineering or OMIS majors, graduating May 2011 or later. Flexible work schedule with 18 hours per week required between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. M-F. Work is located off campus, at NIU Literacy and Wellness building, 2280 Bethany Road.
