Opt-In to Receive Paper Pay Statement

Any employee that prefers to receive a paper pay advice rather than an electronic one will need to opt-in to the paper statement format after July 15, 2017:

  • Go to MyNIU
  • Login with your NIU User ID and password
  • In the left column go to "MyNIU QUICK LINKS" and click on Employee Self Service
  • Under "Menu" select Self Service
  • Go to "Payroll and Compensation" and click on Direct Deposit
  • Select Pay Statement Print Option
  • To continue to receive a paper pay advice select Send a paper copy of direct deposit statement
  • To complete request click the Submit button
