The Contracts Records and Reports (CRR), Payroll, and Benefits departments in HRS will fulfill an exacting increment processing and Legacy/PeopleSoft conversion timetable during the summer months. In order to facilitate the PeopleSoft conversion, HRS will suspend routine operations from June 27 until July 9. During this time only emergency inquiries will be accepted. Personnel transactions received after June 27 will not be entered into the system until July 13. Specifically, all paperwork for personnel transactions must be received by HRS prior to the dates specified below to accomplish July 1 or July 16 implementation dates:
· June 18 Salaried Changes Due to CRR for Pay Period 7/1-7/15
· June 21 Hourly Changes Due to CRR for Pay Period 6/16-6/30
· June 27 Hourly Changes Due to CRR for Pay Period 7/1-7/15
As of July 13, regular services and transactions will again be implemented by HRS including new hires to be effective August 1 and thereafter. You will receive additional information regarding the new system as the implementation date approaches. Please inform your departments of this timetable.
