Processing of the mid-year increment is complete in accordance with guidelines authorized by President Peters and the Board of Trustees. The following specifications pertained to the increment distribution:

1) 1% across-the-board allocated centrally to all eligible employees.

2) Supplemental 1.33% allocated to 60% of eligible faculty members in each college completed through procedures authorized by the Provost. The supplemental increment for faculty thus represents 1.33% of the eligible faculty salary base.

3) Supplemental 1.0% allocated to 832 eligible Operating Staff employees in 163 classifications (list attached). The supplemental increment for Operating Staff represents approximately .66% of the eligible Operating Staff salary base.

4) Supplemental 1.0% allocated to 441 eligible Supportive Professional Staff employees. The supplemental increment for Supportive Professional Staff represents approximately .66% of the eligible SPS salary base.

Finalized increment notices will be forwarded to colleges/departments on 1/4/07 and to employees on 1/9/07. Final increment worksheets and budget reports will be distributed on 1/24/07. The increment process pertains to non-negotiated faculty and staff. Negotiated employees will receive increments strictly in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements.
