A Retirement Specialist from the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) will be on campus to meet with individual staff and faculty to discuss retirement estimates on April 17, 18 and 19, 2007, at the Holmes Student Center.     To qualify for an appointment, an employee:

• Must be within 4 years of anticipated retirement.
• May not already have had an annuity estimate from SURS within the last year.

To begin the SURS process in scheduling an appointment with a SURS Retirement Specialist on April 17, 18 and 19, 2007, please call SURS directly at 800-ASK-SURS.  SURS will send you documentation for you to complete.  Once the documentation is completed and sent back to SURS they will schedule an appointment.  Completed SURS documentation must be sent back to SURS by MARCH 16, 2007. SURS will schedule appointments on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
