Headline Scheduled Closure Day Agreement

Employees electing to utilize vacation for January 2, should follow current reporting procedures and indicate the usage on their January Salaried Employee Benefit Usage Form.  Exempt employees electing to take the January 2, 2009 closure day with no pay, are required to submit the "Scheduled Closure Day Agreement".  This form must be submitted to Human Resource Services by December 12, 2008.  Hourly employees should not indicate pay for January 2, if electing to take the day with no pay.
