Resources PeopleSoft project (VISION 2001) was started at NIU
in the Summer of 1999. The system was developed as integrated
extension of the present NIU financial system. The system provides
complete encumbrance accounting, effective dated personnel transactions,
and payroll features. The system startup date is July 1st, 2001.
