Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP provides counseling and coaching services. It can help you and your family cope with difficult situations and improve your well-being.

Campus Recreation

Our extensive recreation and wellness services are available to you and your family. They include fitness classes, personal training and nutrition education.

Child Development and Family Center

Our on-campus center provides care and learning opportunities to children ages 3 months to 5 years.

Summer Camps

We offer summer camps for elementary, middle and high school students. Camps focus on music, sports, science and other topics.

Flextime Arrangements

Flextime arrangements are available year-round to all employees, subject to the operational needs of their department.

Pregnancy and Parenting Rights and Accommodations

If you're pregnant or parenting, you have certain rights. You can also request accommodations or parental leave time.

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

You can request a leave of up to 12 workweeks under FMLA. Eligible situations include welcoming a new child and caring for a family member with a serious health condition.

Extension of the Tenure Probationary Period

If you're a faculty member, you can request an extension of your tenure probationary period in certain situations. These include welcoming a new child and caring for a sick family member.

Workplace Breastfeeding Policy and Procedure

This policy will support you if you continue to breastfeed or express milk after you return to work. Find available lactation spaces on campus.
