On your first day at NIU, you’ll start online orientation, if you haven't already. Orientation will welcome you to the university and provide information on a range of topics to help you feel prepared for your new role with NIU.
If your schedule allows, your first day is a good time to get your OneCard (your official NIU ID) and your parking permit (required for parking on campus).
